A simple work email in English usually has a clear structure. You don’t need fancy words, just be polite and direct.
You can follow this easy pattern:
Subject: a short line about your message
Greeting: Hello or Dear + name
Opening: say why you are writing
Main message: explain your point simply
Closing: say thanks or what you expect
Sign-off: Best regards / Thanks / Your name
Example:
Subject: Meeting request
Hello Mr. Ahmed,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request a short meeting with you to discuss my project update.
Please let me know a convenient time for you.
Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
Rahim
