How we use data

We use data to run authentication, show profiles, power voice rooms and DMs, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We also use session cookies so you stay signed in.

End-to-End Encryption

All Hangouts (DMs) and private messages on Talk4Now are protected with end-to-end encryption. This means your conversations are encrypted on your device before being sent, and only the recipient can decrypt them. We cannot read your private messages.

Public chat rooms and messages visible to multiple users are not end-to-end encrypted, as they are designed for open community interaction.

Retention and control

We keep data only as needed for product operations and safety. You can edit your profile at any time. For legal details, read our Terms of Service.

Delete account requests

If you want to delete your account, open your profile and use the Delete my account request form. We process deletion requests manually and confirm by email.
